In the past few years, this type of non-sticking of this material has been gradually banned internationally. Therefore, consumers need to keep their eyes open when buying non-sticks. If the material has two names, PFOA or PFOS, it is recommended not to buy it.

2. Avoid high temperature and empty burning. Cook vegetables with cold and cold oil
