When washing clothes in some dry cleaners, white clothes usually become darker and gray after dry cleaning. Therefore, when washing these clothes, you must either wash them in water and risk an accident or only accept the reality that the results are not good after dry cleaning. Some dry cleaners simply don’t take care of white clothes when they encounter white clothes. Why is the dry cleaning effect of white knitted clothes worse?
Dry cleaning uses chemical solvents such as tetrachloroethylene as the washing solvent. Under the action of dry cleaning additives (slurry oil) and mechanical force, the dirt in the clothing is dissolved, washed and suspended in the dry cleaning solution. During the washing, the solution is filtered continuously through continuous circulation, so that the dirt (mainly insoluble dirt) in the solution is blocked and separated by the filter, and the solvent is restored to relatively clean. However, the effect on soluble dirt filters is generally not particularly obvious, so the solution will cause "secondary contamination" to the clothes during washing. In addition, dry cleaning and drying are completed in the same drum. The static electricity generated by friction of the clothes during drying will absorb residual dust, cilia, etc., causing the surface of the white clothes to be unclean and lose its original luster.
In dry cleaning of white clothes, you can do a good job in the following aspects to improve the washing quality of white clothes.
1. Pre-treat before washing to remove soil, oil and pigment stains from clothes.
2. Keep the dry cleaner and oil circuit clean, use the newly distilled dry cleaner, and add dry cleaning oil. Clean the pipes and rollers before washing, and use small cycles.
3. Keep the air duct and washing drum clean, and clean the cilia on the cilia collector and condenser frequently.
4. Conservative methods can be used for dry cleaning of small amounts of white clothing. Soak the clothes in a distilled dry cleaner solvent, then rub them with your hands (wear silicone gloves), wash the clothes and rinse them with clean dry cleaner. After washing, put the clothes in a dry cleaning machine for high removal and drying. This method should be used as little as possible.
