Sky Sports reported that Newcastle has rejected a formal offer from Liverpool for Isaac.
It is reported that the offer exceeded £100 million, but it has not yet reached Newcastle's valuation of players.
Newcastle does not want to sell players, they estimate Isaac by 150 million pounds.
