According to the British media Sun, Tottenham Hotspur announced plans to build four residential buildings next to the home court.
Tottenham has now built a 29-story hotel designed by F3 Architects next to the stadium.
This is part of a massive reconstruction plan for the White Hart Lane plot led by urban planning firm Allies & Morrison.
The latest design includes 4 residential buildings with heights between 19 and 24 floors. It also includes a series of three-storey townhouses. They will be located on the south side of Tottenham Stadium, next to the east side of the hotel.
A design and pass statement said the 585 residential development will connect to adjacent buildings through sharing some of the materials, creating a holistic approach to the overall development. The new building is expected to be in white and gray to coordinate the grey court and Tottenham’s white team logo.
The document also states: "Although the heights vary, the towers share a consistent design language, including materials, detailing and design, in line with the Design Code and Design and Passage Statement approved by Allies & Morrison. Therefore, the development is regarded as a coordinated and unified cluster of towers with clear relationships with each other rather than competing with each other."
Tottenham Chairman Levi had previously promised that the club would give back to the local community by helping the region revitalize.
Levi said: "We believe that revitalization can bring hope, prosperity and advancement to Tottenham, embrace the local community and build on the characteristics and talents of the place. Our vision is to make our community a prosperous and diverse community."
"If you live here, you should be able to learn, work and play here. We want to change the prospects of residents in this area of London and see our development as a catalyst for its revitalization, starting with a new stadium, including everything we built in Tottenham."
" That's why we offer new affordable housing, schools, shops and jobs next to the stadium and root our foundation on the streets. Unlike any developer, we are not here to develop, make profits and leave, we are rooted in it for a long time. This is our home."
