According to the "Daily Mail" report, Chelsea attacker Palmer is expected to return at the end of November.
Chelsea star Palmer has yet to return to training, despite fans being excited to see photos of him wearing his jersey at the Cobham training base. Before a training session this week, the Blues held a special ceremony for Palmer, Enzo, Cucurella, Caicedo and Chalobah. Each player received a framed jersey with the number "100" to commemorate their 100th game for the club. In a very heart-warming gesture, the souvenirs were presented personally by Maresca and joint sporting directors Paul Winstanley and Laurence Stewart.
Fans on social media were excited to see Palmer photographed in training shirt, but behind the framed shirt he was actually wearing flip flops while other players wore boots as they prepared for Wednesday's Carabao Cup fourth round clash with Wolves. It was revealed that Palmer was wearing a training shirt because he is still recovering from a groin injury at Cobham.
There is currently no specific date for Palmer's return, and Chelsea are not in a hurry to let him return to avoid further damage. If Palmer returns as planned, Chelsea will face Barcelona and Arsenal at home. Before that, Chelsea will play away to Tottenham, go to Kazakhstan to challenge Karabakh, and then return home to face Wolves and challenge Burnley away
