If southern Anhui is a collection of poems, then the mountains and rivers of Taiping Lake must be the most lyrical sentence. The green mountains are rolling, the lake water is clear and green, and the islands are scattered like pearls. Between the two mountains, Taiping Lake seems to be an emerald that falls into the world. It is a paradise that many urban people yearn for.
Walk deeper along the scenic area and you will reach the mountain. Dogs bark one after another. This is the stray dog shelter in Huangshan District. Some people say that life is reincarnation. Someone dies, someone will be born.
But in such a base, more than 200 hairy children who have experienced escaping from death. Without these caring people to help, it would be difficult to escape the claws of death. They are healed here and are reborn here.

Originally, these caring people at the base were just one-man helping the poor hairy child themselves. Later, everyone felt that their personal strength was limited after all, so they hit it off and wanted to set up a base as a harbor for the kids' homes. In February 2019, through their unremitting efforts, the Huangshan District Stray Dog Shelter was officially established. From then on, the furry children there had their own safe haven.
The opportunity to step into the road of rescue has to be from life. When I saw so many poor stray dogs with my own eyes, my heart was torn apart at once. I wanted to do something for them now, even if it was insignificant." This idea sprouted and took root in Sister Tao's heart, and it could not be removed.
Since the website was established, more than 200 hairy children have been moved in, including hundreds of disabled, paralyzed, and injured stray animals.
They have either experienced terrible car accidents, been beaten and abused, or even poked blindly, or were thrown down by their owners from a high-rise building and broke into multiple fractures on their bodies, or were stolen by dog and cat dealers and sent to the slaughterhouse to wait for death. It was Sister Tao and a group of enthusiastic volunteers who extended a helping hand in time, which brought hope to these furry children.
"We have a dream: to allow the hairy children to live a better life with food and food, shelter from the wind and rain, have good doctors in the pain, and have a home for adoption, so that they can not be in vain for the suffering they have endured in the world." This dream seems so unrealistic to others, but they have always uphold their original aspirations and put them into action, illuminating the way forward for the hairy children, building a bright home that can shelter from the wind and rain, and allowing them to gain new life from then on.
Time passes, what is gone is the years, and what is left is the little lives they saved on the road to rescue. They take good care of their kids, but where can they get free lunch in the world? These beauty is just because they empty their savings and even sell their houses and cars.
Where there is sun, there are shadows. Sister Tao and a group of enthusiastic volunteers who give all the good people to their hairy children, and there are also evil people who abuse their hairy children maliciously.
